Building Downtown
Developers are asking what is a reduction of 500 hours in commuting time worth to you? They hope buyers will soon answer by buying up hundreds of residential units near Atlantic Station in downtown Atlanta. While Atlanta taxes and schools are negative factors, developers trust the savings in commuting time and the proximity to downtown work and attractions will still draw many buyers. Westown will offer 1,450 residential units, mostly condominiums with a few single-family homes, and hundreds of townhouses.
